Innovation Product Manager

Agile Scrum delivery of multiple product lines for different markets and stakeholders (B2C Live-Customer environment, B2C re-platform & re-design, and B2B Live White Labels for commercial partners). I work with development teams in London and Europe, implementing clear agile processes to flexibly deliver business value via clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. I actively engage with all business areas (sales, marketing, legal, finance, etc.) to represent my products and to gather and prioritise cross-functional business requirements. I work closely with designers to ensure that UX/UI across the platform meets customer and business needs (usability, conversions, information architecture, etc), and shepherd new UI designs through exec sign-off.

European PO on a global enterprise application, ensuring that the global tool met the requirements of the European users and market.

• Gather requirements from European teams
• Critically assess and prioritise feature requests
• Sign-off on delivered functionalities
• Manage migration of customers and internal staff to the new system
• Lead on innovation/tokenization services (ApplePay, Samsung Pay, FitBit Pay etc.)

Responsible for enforcing regulatory and scheme standards across Europe on all digital and physical payment products that are issued by Visa clients.

Design Executive

I built a new core system that was externally facing and used by clients across Europe; it was also the core business tool of the compliance operations area ‘Card Design’. I identified and prioritised the key features required in the new system whilst aligning features to overall strategic goals.
