Responsible for developing and testing business concepts incl. stakeholder interviews and designing go-to-market strategies. Also, I was responsible on an interim basis to ensure rapid business growth across different ventures and country teams.
In the last part, I tested out the HR market and it's scalability. Which is why I joined the just founded portfolio company joblift.

Ernst & Young

Introduced, designed and presented a first general Business Case for an Innovation Management Approach for the mining industry in Chile. My responsibility was to lead a team of two consultants, structure the business case and fill it with content for the pitch to the Advisory Leader of EY Chile. The pitch was successful so that a new budget is given to continue to establish this service within a new service line. Designed and won EY Chile´s first proposal regarding the evalution of the client´s Innovation Management maturity, deduction of the new value chain framework of IM and its implementation including an Open Innovation approach for the Ideate part. Worked fulltime in a Risk Compliance Project with the aim to align compliance processes and preparing the clients Compliance Organization to meet the new Chilean Compliance requirements. My responsibility was to gather, assess and analyse the As-Is situation through interviewing board members and give recommendations on how to design the new Compliance Organization on a later stage. At last, I developed and presented a Roadmap, Roles & Responsibilities and points to the client which he confirmed.

Promoting EY on my campus to fellow students and giving the chance to interact with my co-workers around the world for finding internships, BA Thesis topics, job opportunities etc.

Main responsibility was to further develop an innovation framework and compare certain business models within the global TelCo industry with respect to their innovation approach and mentality. Additionally, I supported two proposals: 
- One for a national energy supplier with regards to his innovative R&D Portfolio structure and challenged it against current megatrends. 
- Second Proposal was addressed to a German Car Manufacturer and focused on the role out of a world wide restructuring process concerning the question how to develop a global brand awareness which assures enough space for necessary adoptions to the local markets effectively.
