SMB Sales Manager

Xfinity Senior Area Sales Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Customer Account Executives (CAE's) to ensure that
customers receive highest level of customer service possible and that departmental goals are met. 
Demonstrates the highest standard of quality service, commitment and courtesy in dealing with customer associates.
Recruit, motivate, reward, coach, and counsel Customer Account Executives as needed in order to ensure that company and departmental procedures are followed.
Monitor and approve customer work orders to ensure Comcast policies are adhered to.

Virtual IP Technical  Support Supervisor

Advanced Services Supervisor

Train, supervise and evaluate activities of the Communication Technicians to assure the highest caliber of customer service. 
Assign and organize field activities to optimize resources in the most efficient means possible, through the use of strong communication skills both written and verbally. 
Work with customers on conflict resolutions to better educate and provide the necessary feedback to retain their patronage.             
Assist in the development of departmental goals and objectives to assure   effective administration and implementation of it.   
Evaluate the performance of Communication Technicians in determining career advancement and special project assignments.
Report all accidents, losses or property damage to the Technical Operations Manager or designee. 
Maintain tools, account for assigned equipment, and conduct safety inspections, meetings and investigations in prescribed manner following established procedures and/or protocols.

Technical Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations for over 15 technicians.
Trains and educates peers in all cable related issues and guidelines.
Serves as front line supervisor for Los Gatos and surrounding zip codes.
Tasked to resolve corporate complaints and escalated trouble calls.
Commtech Level 4 technician that is trained in all lines of business including Comcast Home Networking and Comcast Digital Voice.

Lead Technician

Ensure contractor installations are compliant with NEC and Comcast standards and specifications.
Oversee all quality control issues for two South Bay contracting companies.
Often tasked to resolve high priority supervisor referrals and customer follow-ups.
Responsible for cable installer and HSI technician responsibilities as needed.

Quality Assurance Technician

Installed Comcast High Speed Internet and configured customer premise equipment to support full networking capabilities.
Fully trained and qualified to install and troubleshoot CHN.
Certified in Advanced Mac and Advanced PC operations.
Resolved discrepancies in both residential and workplace CHSI accounts.
Repaired various operating systems and interior/exterior wiring to ensure proper operation of CHSI.
