IMA Medical Group

IMA Medical Group provides high quality patient centric primary medical and wellness services focusing on improving patient care and offering convenient services for patients, their families, and caregivers. IMA serves patients in 24 medical centers across Central Florida, where over 70 physicians and nurse practitioners provide comprehensive medical services to almost 22,000 Medicare members in partnership with all leading Medicare Advantage health plans. Exited to TA Associates in 2019.

Community Medical Group is one of the largest, most recognized and respected providers of Medicaid and Medicare health services in Miami-Dade County. CMG operates 15 centers from North Miami Beach to Florida City and serves patients of all ages who are enrolled in a managed Medicaid or Medicare Advantage health plan. Exited to Nautic Partners in 2015.
