• Demand planning of assigned portfolio, regular FC review - BW, SAP
• Ensure stock supply from CMO to Customer (E2E) - POs, managing transports, deliveries, GR etc.
• Responsibility to control & keep optimal stock levels, organizing product repacking
• Project Veronese - strong Supply chain support during company divestment
• Cross-functional and proactive cooperation with AW, QA, RA, LM, Procurement & Transfer team
• Daily communication with external partners and Zentiva markets
• Responsibility to follow internal and standard procedures

Demand & Supply Planner

- Coordinating all launch activities from Supply chain perspective
- Main focus on Europe launches, coordinating also non-EU launches - overall to ensure delivery of launch products prior to their requested Launch dates
- Active cooperation with Sanofi markets, confirming SKUs to launch + market demands
- Identifying production source
- Support of artworks preparation
- Leading regular Launch meetings with Demand planning team
- Organize TCs with suppliers
- Participation at internal meetings with Launch management, RA, QA, In-license and other relevant departments

Launch coordinator - In-license products

Teva Pharmaceuticals CR, s.r.o

- fully resposible for demand planning of assigned portfolio
- regular reporting – Stock Analysis, OOS report, Purchasing report etc.
- Item Manager performance – creating new SKUs/ updating existing SKUs
- managing new launches from the Logistic point of view
- coordination of incoming shipments, controlling invoices, communication with suppliers
- gathering of release documentation, communication with QA
- participation at meetings with other departments/ teleconferences with key suppliers

Purchasing Specialist/ Demand Planner

- entire administrative support and translating assigned documents
- full accountability for major conferences/ meetings management
- create spreadsheets/ presentations/ reports

Assistant of General Manager

- common administrative support, creating POs
- meeting rooms maintainance, preparing meeting minutes
- arrange/ distribute product samples to medical representatives

Assistant at S&M department

- negotiation skills (communication with foreign suppliers/ EU laboratories)
- analytic thinking, ability to solve problems in an effective and flexible way
