I'm 100% a people person. I'm a fast learner and passionate about Human Resources. I started my professional career working at one of the top Universities in México as a Coordinator for the Leadership Honors Program. I was responsible for the extracurricular activities of the top students. I worked there for 4 years and I switched my career to Recruitment after finishing my Master's Degree in Strategic Management for Human Resources. I then joined an early-stage Startup as a Sourcer for all Business roles. After 7 months I got promoted to Lead the other Sourcers on the team. I was responsible for hiring and growing my team and that gave me the opportunity to become a Manager in January 2022. I took a contractor challenge to do end-to-end recruiting at OnTop, one of 2023 recognized Top Companies by Y Combinator. Now, I work at Unilever as a Talent Acquisition Lead. MY INTERESTS: I'm really interested in exploring other areas on the People Team. I'm really passionate about enabling and teaching people, anything that helps them to perform better. I'm definitely more involved in recruitment, but I'm always open to learning.
