One thing stands out. Most new capital is chasing model companies that are still working out what their business will be.

Private investors are giving them room to test ideas and adjust. Some of these companies may grow into core infrastructure. Others may become tools or products, if they survive at all.

The IPO market remains relatively quiet. Most AI companies are far from ready for public scrutiny or the level of predictability it requires.

We are in a long privately funded incubation cycle. The technology moves fast, but the business models lag behind. The public phase will start once the leaders can show that their growth and economics can hold up over time.
