Implementation of Bank Statement processing of Citibank and 5 local banks (SWIFT MT940 format) for 7 latam countries, demanding accounting changes that impacted the daily job of several people in the
Customer’s Shared Service Center in Mexico, as well as in the countries. Direct communication with
Regional Treasury, Accounting and Controlling Managers, as well as AP, AR and Accounting Analysts, to
command and implement the changes.

SAP FICO Support and maintenance (AMS) for 12 Latam countries (Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Colombia,
Peru, Guatemala, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Argentina y Venezuela).

Implemented SAP Concur Travel in Colombia and trained users onsite.

Also worked in 3 significant business roll-out projects, below:

PROJECT ONE - Roll-out of Tortuga Ruminant Business, containing 3 productive plants and 12 DC’s, doubling the size of DSM business and moving from B2B to B2C.
- Responsible for the study, process adherence analysis and configuration of the AP module, freight
payment solution and bank reconciliation, from blueprint to Hypercare;
- (Electronic) Banking configuration, Payment Terms, Treasury and FSCM Liquidity Planner;
- Developed ANTT Freight Payment Solution, simple and functional, as a Robotic Process (RPA);
- Functional ABAP Program Specification, Master Data sanitation and OI Data Migration;

PROJECT URUGUAY – Roll-out of Tortuga Uruguay business into SAP ECC;
- Responsible for Processes Adherence (AP, AR, AA and GL modules), SAP configuring and Data migration via LSMW, from Blueprint to Hypercare;
- Performed on-site SAP FI training for users in Uruguay;

PROJECT FORTITECH – Incorporation of Fortitech business into SAP ECC;
- Responsible for the adequacy of financial processes. Performed general customizing, data
sanitation/migration of AP, AR, AA and GL modules;

- Transference of Quality Control Lab between productive plants, under rigid SHE culture.

- Innovation – Product Development: Deliveries: Business Case, Scientific Research (Pigs/Poultry),

submission to headquarter’s Approval with NO-GO;
