As a Bilingual Legal Assistant at KB Law PLLC, I played a crucial role in supporting the immigration and global immigration practice areas. My key duties included:

*Preparing Immigration Forms: Prepared various forms such as I-765, I-131, I-485, I-589, I-130, N-400, I-246, I-360, I-134, I-134A, I-730, I-821, G-28, I-102, I-601, I-601A, I-918, I-929, and EOIR forms. Additionally, prepared documents for Bonds Hearing, Master Hearing, and Individual Hearing.
*Case Preparation: Assisted attorneys with case preparation, drafting legal documents and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
*Client Interviews: Conducted client interviews to gather necessary documentation and information for immigration cases.
*File Management: Managed and maintained client files with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
*Client Coordination: Coordinated with clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and case progress.

I started as a Receptionist, where I handled initial client interactions and administrative tasks. My dedication and skills led to my promotion to Legal Assistant, where I also performed paralegal work, further supporting our clients and attorneys in the immigration law sector.

*Vision and Growth: Developed and implemented strategies to drive the institution's growth and operational excellence, ensuring its leadership position in the region.

Colegio Cristiano San Pablo de Tarso is a Christian-based religious education institution that offers comprehensive education programs from Elementary through High School. I managed the institution with over 350 students and more than 20 full-time and part-time employees, ensuring a high standard of education and operational excellence. Currently, Colegio Cristiano San Pablo de Tarso is recognized as the number one educational institution in the Sucre municipality and the largest private-owned educational institution in Caja Seca City, Zulia State, Venezuela.
