As a UFIT instructor, I am constantly challenged with designing new and fulfilling exercise classes that are accessible and effective for clients at all levels of fitness in groups ranging from 1 to 100. I am responsible for monitoring safe movement and good form, as well as creating a motivating and inspiring atmosphere at each class. Building relationships with clients and reaching out to new participants is critical in building a community in which clients become confident and motivated to achieve their fitness goals. Working with UFIT has helped me develop my skills as a team builder, leader and motivator which transcends into my retail and customer service engagements. It has also taught me how to make important decisions on the fly and remain calm as I lead groups in high pressure situations. 

UFIT is an extremely diverse, fast paced and challenging field of fitness instruction. It is an extremely rewarding occupation that I look forward to every class.
