Born into the vibrant culture of Barcelona, with a heritage that blends Spanish warmth and German precision, my journey has been anything but ordinary. Raised in a bilingual home, I attended a German school in Barcelona, which laid the foundation for my global perspective. My academic pursuits led me to Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, a top-tier institution that honed my analytical and strategic thinking skills. Fluent in five languages, my life has been a tapestry of experiences across Spain, the USA, Brazil, Australia, Ireland, and Portugal. Each country added a unique thread to my personal and professional growth, particularly shaping my career in sales – influenced by my experience in Oracle – with a deep understanding of diverse markets and consumer behaviors. However, my true passion has always been personal development and unlocking the potential within myself and others. This quest for growth and connection inspired me to establish Karisma in 2020. What began as a series of retreats and coliving experiences has evolved into one of Barcelona's largest entrepreneurial communities, centered around a newly launched social club space. Karisma is more than a business; it's a testament to the power of community and shared aspirations. In essence, my life is a reflection of the belief that we are the sum of our experiences, the cultures we immerse in, and the communities we build. My mission with Karisma is to create spaces where entrepreneurs can thrive together, sharing knowledge, inspiration, and the journey towards unlocking our best selves.
