Baltic Fly is a project initiated by a leading global indoor skydiving facility.
I was responsible for handling the endeavour at all stages: developing the concept and business plan; project financing; negotiations; roadshows to promote the project with VC managers; headhunting business angels and individual investors; working with architect teams; choosing technology providers; and recruiting world-class skydiving and indoor skydiving professionals and celebrities for the team.
