At Shaker, I specialized in developing recruiting strategies for clients and creating recruiting ads and employment collateral materials.  Here, I learned from my mentor and friend, World renown Internet Recruiting Guru, Gerry Crispin - Shaker's NJ VP.

I was promoted at FEL to serve as the highest ranking human resources professional at this company division, Harvard Electronics.  I reported to the Vice President of Human Resources at FEL during the entire period, until their contract with IBM ran out and the division was moth-balled.
