• Responsible for 9 International Markets, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Australia, New Zealand and Japan
• Responsible for managing the Merchant Marketing budget at International level
• Accountable for new leads generated, Gross Profit and positive ROI based on +6x targets achievement
• Ensuring targets and forecasts are met and passed for each event and trade show and have done so over the last 3 years
• Operational planning for my team, closely working with finance teams forecasting, marketing and communication departments
• Coordinating the external agencies for maximizing costs and benefits
• Train and mentor my team, with continual efforts to contribute to their growth and success
• Working with the Global Merchant Marketing team to coordinating campaigns across multiple lines of business & multiple countries

I'm responsible for all the Offline B2B marketing activities for EMEA, with a Sales focus to increase the number of Merchants that work with Groupon, generating new hot leads and incremental revenues. In particular I'm managing all the trade shows and events, the Merchants Education activities, Sales Enablement materials, Merchant Referral programme and Offline Comms with Merchants. I keep working closely with B2C and PR dept. to allign all the marketing activities in the EMEA countries.

I'm responsible for all the B2B marketing activities for Southern Europe, from budgeting to execution, with focus on new leads acquisition and incremental campaigns. I manage the B2B website and all the digital marketing activies. I organize the trade shows and B2B events to promote the company mission. I work closely with B2C and PR dept. to get the most out of each campaign, coordinating all my activities at EMEA level. Indeed I'm a member of the EMEA Merchant Marketing team to align the Groupon strategies and messages.
