Hi! I’m Marco. What you’re about to read is my story in brief. -- Education -- I hold a master’s degree in Strategy and Management. My master’s thesis was titled “The Experimental Approach of Digital Startups: Lean Startup, Lean Canvas, and Growth Hacking”. I completed an executive master’s program in Digital Strategy and numerous other courses offered by University of Virginia, Lacerba, CXL, Product School, Mind the Product, Growth University, Google, Y Combinator, and Learnn. I love reading and consider it the primary source of my knowledge. I read continuously. I believe I have a kind of pathological curiosity. -- Experiences -- I worked in 5 different startups and, as often happens in these situations, I’ve been involved in a wide range of activities. I supplemented my work in startups with freelancing to sustain myself during the early stage phases. It wasn’t easy. I launched some small projects. I had to shut them down when the workload and study commitments (let’s not forget that in startups you’re always doing something new) became unsustainable. -- Today -- I'm currently working as a Growth Product Manager @Cassandra, a Product-Led Growth SaaS. From an operational standpoint, I’ve crafted strategies and launched experiments across every phase of the funnel, which has prompted me to use many digital tools: WordPress, Divi, Zapier, Make, Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Figma, Google Tag Manager, VWO, Google Ads, One Signal, Brevo, Customer.io, Google Sheet, Looker Studio, Clarity, Smartlook, Notion, Miro, Sprig – to mention the most well-known ones. -- Website -- On my website, you'll find my story (the same one that's here), how to do Growth Management, and something useful for your work in Marketing & Product.
