WHS Technician 

Come FC Lead e 5S Ambassador del Safety Action Team c/o Amazon BGY1 ho il compito fondamentale, tra gli altri, di effettuare una Gemba di processo al giorno insieme ad uno o più Associates alla ricerca di deviazioni agli standard di 5S ed area readiness. Attraverso l'azione del Safety Action Team abbiamo una gestione più ordinata e standardizzata delle postazioni di lavoro, l'incremento della sicurezza, la riduzione del tempo di ricerca degli oggetti, il miglior utilizzo degli spazi. Mi occupo inoltre di fornire la formazione di Ergonomia RSG c/o Safety School a tutti gli Associati che hanno avuto accesso in infermeria "work related". 
Partecipo attivamente alle daily Gemba dell'FC, interfacciandomi con gli stakeholder di altre funzioni di supporto e con la Senior Leadership. Animo, motivo e supporto gli AM ad utilizzare il Continuous Improvement Ideas Tool in continua collaborazione e supervisione dell'ACES Process Engineer.

Safety Action Team FC Lead

- As a Team Lead Amazon FC BGY1 I am responsible for creating and nurturing a safe work environment by identifying safety opportunities throughout the work area 
- I manage and train Associates to help provide the best service for our Clients 
- I guarantee that orders of Clients are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines 
- I continuously provide critical information relating to shifts to management and frontline operators 
- I regulate the allocation of work during shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts 
- I interface with support functions and / or other departments to address common problems or needs in key performance sectors: eg. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training 
- I contribute to solving logistic and supply chain problems through data analysis, innovation and process optimization.
