This information, plus the added value in the bidding strategy based on my bids and projects transversal experience ensures the best contractual result for Alstom in terms of profitability, cash flow and customer satisfaction in terms of execution of the project. 

The aim of this is having a complete project view from the detection of the commercial opportunity till the end of the execution of the project and as a consequence of this, an accurate cost and time control, profitability as well as customer satisfaction along the project execution phase.

Responsible of the development of Blendhub manufacturing network in order to give basic food access to more people in more places in a sustainable way and at a lower price.

As part of this very generic description, I am responsible of developing a Project structure based in node factories modularity, establishing an scalable and replicable system that will allow us to deploy each and every new factory in a very short timeframe and low cost.

In order to get this we developed a platform model and designed a modular, replicable factory digital BIM
model. We digitalised all the documental information about design, maintenance, contracts, legal, etc. to get a Digital Twin of the existing facilities plus the replicable one. In addition we implemented the option of working with augmented reality in those models. We also developed a QAQC system based in Near Infrared analysis (NIR) supported by a database in the cloud. This system allowed us to validate the samples in formulation lab phase and in the industrial validation phase.

This is Blendhub value proposition to produce service solutions in the agro food sector, making them accessible for more people on a planetary basis in an efficient and agile manner.

As part of the PMO of the project, responsible of the whole development regarding the Isomerization unit starting with the FEED basic design raw data until the commissioning and Start up of the unit under the EPC contract defined Scope, time frame and cost.

As an evolution of my previous position inside TR, and working assigned to the TSGI Joint Venture at STAR construction Site:

I was responsible of all engineering activities on site regarding TR scope of supply for the Joint Venture through an around 100 people engineering team. Site Technical Queries, Site Engineering Instructions, Field Design Changes, As Built drawings, steel structure design changes, isometrics, P&Id's and Documentation control management as part of my duties could be good examples. 

In parallel, I was the coordination channel between Design centers and all the engineering topics about TR at site both with construction managers, subcontractors and STAR.

Responsible of the FAT and SAT (Factory and Site acceptance tests) for the refinery control systems such as the electrical SCADA and the DCS.

Direct reporting to Project Engineering Director, Site Manager and Project Director.

Also responsible through interface manager about the licenses, permits and all the administrative paperwork related with local authorities to get the validation from Turkish Government for all the engineering official documentation.

IT Systems used in the projects: SAP, Documental Management System (Documentum), Procurement
Management System (Smart Plan), Requirements Control Management System, 3D model (PDS), Planning Management System (Primavera), Cost Control System, Activities and Project Progress control system (PPA) and measure and construction progress control system.

Project Engineer - Field Engineering Manager

Inside Tecnicas Reunidas Operation Center for Aegean Refinery Project; and as a part of the engineering and project area, responsible of materials management since the requisition milestone until the delivery and arrival of the whole bill of materials to Turkey site. 

Interface among Purchase,Expediting and Inspection Department of the project Directorate on one side, Vendors on the other and the Technical Disciplines inside TR Operation Center. Responsible of supply chain management in terms of scope, time and cost for Aegean Refinery Project. Project team around 350 people, direct functional team, up to 50 people. 

Responsible of interfacing with the final customer in terms of making the project official regarding the requirements of Turkish regulations.

I was the head of Projects and Operations (Procurement, After Sales, Technical Office, Presales and Field Technicians areas). As one of the company Direction Committee members: responsible of budget, structure, HHRR management and area results. Among my duties were the monthly Project Status report for the General Management, the development of the monthly invoice forecast for Financial department, the development of the yearly exercise forecast with the general manager and the commercial Director, giving support to my Project Managers and technicians team to make them taking the correct decisions for the correct development and finalization of the Projects, develop the quotations in terms of cost and technical specs through technical office and ensure the projects results according estimated cost, time, quality and margin. 15 Million Euro business unit. Team: 30 people.

As Project Director, I was accountable for the Projects execution in terms of time, cost, scope and customer satisfaction level (considering the project from the Purchase Order reception until Warranty closure and final acceptance by the customer). Responsible about: risk analysis, communication procedure, purchase control, production priorities, international team coordination, economical validation of the technical modification orders, etc.

As Product manager, I was accountable for Product design, prototyping, type test protocol, Pre Production serie definition, serial tests protocol and new product production in terms of time, cost, scope, validation procedure and customer satisfaction level. Products involved, all on board electronics equipment portfolio, either systems of power electronics (battery chargers, converters, inverters, event recorders, PI systems, train control systems, ASFA, etc.)

I was also accountable (on client side) for the integration and start up of the SAP R3 PS module for Projects management and its integration with the ERP (Production Module, Finance module and HR)

As Deputy Engineering Director the main responsibilities were: PM Office Director, responsible of giving support in terms of project managers to SEPSA Projects as well as supporting the Project Management back office functions; supporting transversal functions as Quality, commercial or after sales with the engineering or project topics demanded by those areas. For example, technical support in quotations, PM Processes support for Quality Procedures or coordination about the execution of modification orders after the warranty period. 60 Million Euros business unit with an average value per project around 7-10 Million Euro per year. Team: 10-40 people.

Company Business unit development inside energy market from business plan until product identification, supplier management, finance, sales network, etc. Auxime was a company involved in the electrical connectors, wiring and in the electrical accumulators market with a broad experience in distribution among the main Spanish suppliers of these materials. The detected synergies between those sectors and the renewable energies, mainly focused on PV Panels and thermo solar ones make them decide to open a new business unit. My main duties in that area were the development of the business plan, the localization of potential suppliers for the PV Panels and the thermo solar ones, negotiation for the production of a “white brand” for Auxime and Product portfolio development. Sales strategy development with the sales force to promote both Photovoltaic Installations and Thermo solar ones according the new Spanish regulation. Prices policy development, forecast development, etc. 1 Million Euro Business unit. Team, 3 People.

Miriam busca trabajo, y aunque dice en su post que "a veces le gustaría ser dependienta de Zara"... no lo es... no le gustaría eso, le gustaría hacer algo mucho más vocacional y mucho más altruista tal y como está esta nuestra piel de toro. 

Miriam es profesora de infantil, es una de esas personas que va a hacer que toda una nueva generación de niños sean los que muevan el mundo de mayores. Y es de las buenas, lo es porque la leo muy mucho y porque la escucho otro muy mucho... y sigue buscando trabajo... y os invito a que leáis lo que ha escrito hoy. 

Porque esa es la sensibilidad para lo educativo con la que estamos tratando. De lo personal ni hablamos porque es para deshidratarse cayendosenos la baba. Es Miri para todo el equipo de La Mamarratxa News... sin embargo, ese sentido del humor, no le da de comer, ni cuida a sus perros...

Últimamente mi sueño es ser dependienta de Zara.

No es que quiera dejar la educación, pero las condiciones reales no existen: un mes trabajo, otro no; estoy en una baja de cinco meses cobrando 900€, luego al paro con 700€, y así se va mi vida. Entre un mes que pagas el alquiler y el siguiente… ¿podré llegar a fin de mes? Y luego los típicos comentarios: “No te conformes con 28 años porque blablabla”.

Sí, quiero poder mantener a mi perra, tener una vida decente y, si puede ser, algún día formar una familia. Pero no estoy segura de que me lo permitan las condiciones actuales.

Por más que estudio, hago cursos y me esfuerzo… es como… bah, no sé ni qué hacer. Así que sí, quiero ser dependienta. Por la estabilidad. Que me exploten, pero que al menos llegue a 1400€, porque en la escuela infantil me explotan por 900€. Y encima es un trabajo mental y físico —sobre todo mental, porque me preocupa mucho el bienestar de mis alumn@s— y con estudios.

Y esta es la realidad de la mitad de jóvenes, ¿sabes? Porque al final es como… ¿para qué tanto esfuerzo, tanta formación, tanta dedicación, si la vida real no te deja sostenerte?

Mi sueño es simple: un poco de estabilidad. Eso es todo.

Y sí, sé que habrá quien diga: “Tranquila, todo mejorará, blablabla”. Hoy no quiero romantizarlo. Es una putada gorda, y está bien decirlo así.
