***Update*** Sep22 In the sense of #Alwaysbelearning I will deepen my knowledge on Aritficial Intelligence in business and ethical context. I am doing this in a combined self learning approach with the LinkedIn Learning Path "Master the fundamentals of AI and Machine Learning" and as well with an Course at Oxford University which is called the "Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme." ***Update***Dec21 In the past 12 month I invested in my personal development in being an inclusive, thoughtful & mindful leader. I found out more about the difference of being vs. doing and the importance of mindfulness and how to overcome the immunity to change by doing the InnerMBA program with soundstrue and NYU. After that I took the 3 month business sustainability management course with Cambridge University which really opended up my mind on the importance of sustainability and how critical the role of business is these days, to rewire our whole economy by doing a radical change to safe our planet and to improve the life of global society. The 17 SDG (Social Development Goals) and ESG became the guiding principle on all business actions I undertake and measure. #Neverstoplearning - we have to act now. __________________________________________________________________________________________ My professional career kicked off with my own start-up in channel partner and webshop business. Doing that at the end of the 90ies required a high level of a disruptive mindest, which still is a key driver of my motivation. I am fascinated by educating and growing markets with new technologies. And by the way, I massively failed in building up my very first business. But I don´t want to miss any second of it, because I learnt so much out of this experience. Whether it is in cloud or SaaS Business, system, server or business intelligence. All these solutions can bring a company to the next level of digitalization and change management. I worked with Enterprise, DAX 30 and SMB businesses for many years in multinational companies. I had and have the honour to manage and lead the brightest sales talents as a senior manager from small sales teams and managers up to a floor of 100 people on DACH, BeNeLux and Nordics market. I am curious what my next play might be.
