Thanks to outbreaking results obtained while managing E-Commerce branch office both in advertising and sales turnover, the C.E.O. and executive board promoted me to a new level of executive management. Together we decided to create a new team involving different areas that were supposed to grow in a "cross-collaborative" way. The conjunction of Comunication & P.R. as well as Visualmerchandising led to us to develop this really special and etherogeneous group we internally call "Pepe Media Lab" (where of course Pepe takes inspiration from brand name) intending with this label the group combines all necessary to dominate the multimedia stage concerning each kind of operation the company ever does.
I'm glad to say we succesfully created a "technological marketing" area where technlogy is the basement of all the process. This mostly is due to my past experience and cultural background, but of course it represents the way Patrizia Pepe® re-thinked about marketing and comunication in the digital era.

As a result of growing success in B2B and B2C activities held under my leadership in 2014 alongside with same entrepreneur from Patrizia Pepe we decided it was time to found a newco, whose purpose was to go to market offering the unprecedented level of service we initially invested to design and develop for Patrizia Pepe.
The company, initially called Sodalux, acquired 2 Ecommerce customers and 2 B2B relevant case before joining a bigger group, Giglio Group listed on MI FTSE AIM under GGTV, which was heading to expand its own operational capabilities from simple media/promotion for luxury brands to full stack ecommerce service provider.

- Infrastructure design: I believe application can't do so much if based on non responsive infrastructure. That's why I keep constantly informed on every "best of" news and push internal lab to test those solution that can help company to overcome actual limits.

- Application design and deploy: another part of the work is that of managing application coverage for business critical processes.

- People management: actually managed 9 people spreading from Help Desk, EDP management, application design and deplyment, web design, data management.

- Budget withdrawing: critical and non-critical coverage with founds for IT projects and mantenance

My mission is that one of pushing a new way to look at IT.
