My areas of responsibility included Cain Day Club, an ultra pool and bar featuring an open-air gaming pavilion, a bistro cafe and live entertainment; Aura Night Club featuring two elegant bars, 2 VIP sections, a private VIP parlour, a glass dance floor and raised DJ booth sets; Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill Restaurant; Starbucks; Mosaic Buffet; The Reef Lounge; Sea Glass Lounge; Room Service and Mini-Bar.  Maintained a property wide beverage cost of 17% and reduce food cost by 10% without compromising guest satisfaction.  Developed and implemented standards and procedure for all lounges and casino bars, which improved J.D. Power guest satisfaction score from 7.4 to 8.2

Successfully gained new business by placing outbound sales calls, responding to cold calls in a timely manner and telemarketing activities.
