The way we work is changing!! The world of work is being shaped by a number of unprecedented phenomena: old paradigms do not give results anymore. We live in a world of increasing complexity and we need guidelines to navigate this reality. On my profile, I will try to interpret what is happening and some reflections on how it could be possible to adapt to the new world (of work). Adapting your organization to the complexity we are living in can generate massive benefits for your company but while you are doing that you need to keep delivering and generating value for you and your clients. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞… If I have to choose a sentence to represent myself, I would definitely go with this one from Heraclitus: “Nothing is permanent except change” and learning something new every day is how I try to deal with change and be better today than yesterday. Work and passion are, for me, the same thing. Working for me is a lot of fun and I always try to make the people around me feel the same way. We founded Redlab on a very strong principle: organizations have enormous potential but not all of them are able to use it at their best. We provide these companies with the tools and practices required to allow them to work at their best in the short-, medium- and long-term. We added practices and services to our offering that have generated an evolution also in our own organization: we have removed all the hierarchical levels and distributed authority.
