The way we work is changing!! The world of work is being shaped by a number of unprecedented phenomena: old paradigms do not give results anymore. We live in a world of increasing complexity and we need guidelines to navigate this reality. Work and passion are, for me, the same thing. Working for me is a lot of fun and I always try to make the people around me feel the same way. We founded Redlab on a very strong principle: organizations have enormous potential but not all of them are able to use it at their best. We provide these companies with the tools and practices required to allow them to work at their best in the short-, medium- and long-term. We added practices and services to our offering that have generated an evolution also in our own organization: we have removed all the hierarchical levels and distributed authority.
