• Managed a national youth network of ~350 volunteers across 12 universities.
• Designed and delivered 4 youth leadership conferences with 100-300 attendees per event.
• Coordinated brand activation in conferences gathering young people from Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Co-created 3 impact projects for UN Global Goals (SDGs) in partnership with EY, TeachForBE & the UN.
• Assisted Belux companies by recruiting +120 global talents from over 20 countries in diverse areas.
• Led two individuals and collaborated with a multinational team of 10 nationalities.

• Conducted both virtual and in-person training sessions on sales and negotiation techniques, encompassing consultative sales and SPIN Selling, for the volunteer network countrywide.
• Drove growth of current partnerships through upsell, cross-sell strategies, and renewals.
• Managed a significant national youth network encompassing ~3,000 volunteers across 50 universities.
• Organized large-scale conferences, gathering between 300 and 500 members per event.
• Orchestrated specialized events for partners, highlighting pertinent content on HR, CSR, and networking opportunities.
• Conducted comprehensive market analyses of the Brazilian landscape in the mentioned areas, charting out effective growth strategies.
• Crafted agendas and content for capacity-building events, ensuring valuable delivery to participants and sponsort such as sponsored by companies: Votorantim, Globo, Itaú, Bosch, Santander, Danone, FALCONI, KraftHeinz

Along with a diverse team of 14 people from 5 different countries, we managed to get together 250 people from all over latin america and north america to foster leadership development to the region:

- Manage the partnerships pipeline from prospect to closing phase (the partnership was based on permutation and brand activation);

This was an interesting public-private project created by the State Government, which aimed to support entrepreneurs and officialize their business. My role was to acquire new entrepreneur on a commission based contract. 

Role & achievements:

- Acquire (door-to-door) business owners and evangelize them on the benefits of social security and taxes.
- Provide training on basics of administrative activities, finance and management;
- Report on the number of new enrolled entrepreneurs in the program;
