-	Direct management of 20 SDRs initially and after three months 8 Team Leaders, indirectly managing 80 headcounts focused on Outbound prospecting;
-	Coordination of the entire Inside Sales team, reporting to the Marketing C-Level during the company's most important growth impulse of investment;

-	Direct management of 3-4 Inside Sales Key Accounts and 3 credit and analysts;
-	Construction and coordination of an embryonic inside sales project whose main objective was to encourage Cross Selling and UpSelling advertising plans on the MarketPlace to active customers;
-	Responsible for developing access policies for inactive customers (Car stores affiliated to a Big Latam Bank) who had not yet published their vehicles on the website
-	Constant dialogue with CX, Marketing, UX, Products, and Commercial Intelligence areas proposing solutions that support the achievement of goals.

Achievements: 25% growth in Cross-Selling and Up-Selling in the active customer portfolio and more than 74%  of increase to the platform  adhesion in the inactive customer portfolio.

Coordenador de célula de inteligência de mercado que tinha por objetivo quantificar resultados de Ações de Trade Marketing contratadas - temporárias ou fixas - afim de gerar aprendizados, bem como, 
ganchos para proposição de novos projetos.

	Responsável por coordenar equipe fixa de 6 funcionários + 30 ou mais temporários dependendo do projeto;
	Atuação no desenvolvimento de estratégias, táticas e apuração de resultados de ações de Merchandising no PDV;
	Gerenciamento de agências de comunicação terceiras em outros estados (contratação, pagamento e controle de verba);

Coordenador de Call Center com o principal objetivo de criar, revisar e controlar todos os KPI´s de desempenho inerentes a uma central de Retenção e Vendas para base ativa de clientes Cielo. 

Principais Responsabilidades: 
	Líder de Call Center equipe de 5 supervisores + 60 analistas de atendimento; 
	Planejamento e implantação da central de Retenção Cielo, definindo processos e métricas de negociação no momento da quebra de exclusividade da bandeira Visa; 
	Dimensionamento e fiscalização do Call Center em processos, estratégias e implantação de novos produtos; 
	Introdução, planejamento e execução dos conceitos de Inbound Marketing e Vendas Internas para funcionários da operação Cielo;
	Acompanhamento de métricas usuais em centrais de atendimento como TMA, TMO, Forecasting, Absenteísmo entre outras pertinentes a central ativa e receptiva;

Coordenador de Call Center de central de Vendas Internas que tinha por objetivo oferecer a antecipação dos recebíveis à base de clientes que já utilizavam os serviços de pagamentos da Cielo. 

	Gestão de equipe de agentes de relacionamento, fornecendo apoio e suporte em ligações ativas e receptivas,garantindo níveis de atendimento e metas de qualidade;
	Acompanhamento e controle de metas e prazos estabelecidos pelo cliente;

	Responsável por toda a migração da Central Cielo para outro fornecedor (Atento do Brasil), definindo adequação de processos e políticas para o cliente, sistemas de avaliação do call center, métricas, recrutamento de novos funcionários e treinamento;
