I have more than 20 years of experience in the domain of Digital Transformation and over 10 years experience in ML/AI. In 2009 and I was at the forefront again, developing a machine learning-based dynamic pricing tool. In 2011 I conducted my first global digital transformation, and in 2012 I had the privilege of starting an innovation hub. Since then, I’ve specialized in digital transformation and innovation, blending it with expertise in change management, infosec, data governance, and the development of machine learning/AI based products. My strengths lie in executing digital strategies, tech deployment, and managing the change process that goes with it. With an engineering background and insight into business-processes I simplify complex tech for user friendly products, keeping human and business goals in focus. I build bridges by simplifying complex technical ideas for non-technical audiences and I make sure that everyone is on-board and confident to use new platforms or new ways of working. In essence, I am driven by self-initiative and a continuous thirst for knowledge. I have complemented my practical skills with certificates and degrees in Machine Learning, Change Management, and Information Security. I also like to share that knowledge through my publications, lectures and talks.
