I developed key operational strategies to support growth towards $50MM ARR, revamped the sales team structure with clear KPIs, and integrated ChurnZero to track engagement and improve retention.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION

     Developed and executed key operational strategies to support growth toward $50MM ARR
     Rolled out EOS across the company to drive alignment, accountability, and performance.
     Administered Zoho CRM platform to manage workflows, automation, and sales/partner pipelines.

SALES & CUSTOMER SUCCESS

     Revamped the sales team structure with clear KPIs and a streamlined demo-to-close process
     Launched a dedicated Customer Success department focused on churn reduction and activation
     Integrated ChurnZero to track engagement and improve retention.

AFFILIATES & TRAINING

     Built and launched our affiliate partner program using PartnerStack, creating scalable revenue 
     Developed and implemented a full LMS strategy for customer onboarding and employee training.

OPERATIONS & FINANCE

     Optimized internal processes across departments for better productivity and efficiency
     Manage financial health, operating margin, and vendor partnerships including Xero and QuickBooks. 

COLLABORATION & TOOLS

     Lead and mentor management teams across all departments using Slack, Cliq, and Ninety.io
     Ensure cross-functional operations with Zoho and ChurnZero as central management platforms.
