Reporting to the Executive Director, was responsible for a team with around 90 people within Finance, Accounting, Tax, HR, Legal and Supply areas. Main projects:
. Long term fund raising (debentures), lengthening debt profile with cost reduction.
. ERP Dynamics (Microsoft) implementation.

Saraiva

Reported to the CEO and was responsible for managing a team with more than 100 employees in the areas of Accounting & Taxes, Treasury, Controllership, Financial Planning, Legal, Procurement, Governance, and Investor Relations. 
. Led and managed the sale of Saraiva’s publishing house business division to Somos Educação in 2015/2016, a highly complex transaction of R$ 776 million that included creating and managing a Shared Services Center. 
. Led Cash Management projects with a focus on renegotiating contracts and reviewing processes with a gain in productivity and a reduction in the level of expenses, generating recurrent savings of R$ 46 million a year (2015-2017). Worked on projects for improving operational efficiency with consulting firms such as McKinsey, Gradus, and Galeazzi.
. Managed the Investor Relations area that included institutional presentations and preparing the Board of Directors' report. Revised and approved the Quarterly Information Reports (ITRs), the Reference Forms, and the Standardized Financial Statements (DFPs).
. Interaction with the press for the dissemination of the company’s results. 
. Executive reports and active participation on the Boards of Directors and Audit Committees.
. Prepared the accounting information in accordance with the IFRS.
. Raised funds (CCB, 4131, receivables) and built a relationship with BNDES and FINEP.
. Renegotiation of the debt with a reduction of guarantees and a lengthening of the debt profile. 
. Implementation of a project to centralize the payment from suppliers in 2017 that resulted in annual savings of R$ 2 million. 
. Sponsor of the SAP Deployment Project since 2015.

Created an area with a direct report to the CEO with the following responsibilities: 
. Management of Saraiva’s main strategic projects. 
. Leadership of the process for monitoring the company’s financial results. 
. Promotion of a culture of efficiency and search for continuous improvement opportunities.
. Integration and synergies among the business areas.

Managing Director

Reported to the Division’s Managing Director, a company located in Ribeirão Preto and recently acquired by Saraiva. Managed the areas of Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Logistics, and Digital Media, giving support to the process of a rapid expansion in the period with a significant gain in market share. 
. Participated in the process of acquiring the Ethical System of Education and was responsible for the entire integration of the Division's operations with the headquarters. 
. Set up and automated the area of logistics with the challenge of adjusting the operation with the Division’s accelerated pace of growth of 50% per year in the period, receiving the recognition from customers of the quality of the services rendered.
. Changed the freight to be shipped by sea, sending didactic materials to a distributor in the Northeast, which accounted for 30% of revenues, generating a savings of +60% in costs.  
. Participated in public bids with a line of products developed in 2010, Agora Sistema de Ensino, designed for the public education system.
. Author of several articles about Personal Finance as part of the strategy of brand awareness.

Operations Director - Education Systems Division

Responsible for managing the teams of the areas of Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Planning, Procurement, and internal Audit of the Group Saraiva.
. Led operations of investments, funding, drawee risk, and hedge.
. Set up projects for raising funds from the national development bank BNDES.
. Participation in the M&A process for the acquisition of Siciliano by Saraiva, completed in 2008.
. Created and implemented the Saraiva Credit Card Project in 2007, which took 1st place in the ranking (CVA Solutions) in Brazil in 2016 of retail credit cards with the best cost-benefit ratio. 
. Participated in the Primary and Secondary Offering of Saraiva in 2006. 
. Led Cash Management Programs that achieved significant reductions in spending, mobilizing, and interacting with other areas in the company to generate initiatives. 
. Raised funds from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in 1997.

Financial Manager

. Extensive experience in strategic management of financial and administrative areas of large Retail, Industrial, and Educational Organization 
. M&A operations (buy/sell side), having led the integration processes with the companies acquired 
. Management of a Business Unit in expansion, including the areas of IT, Legal, HR, Logistics, and Digital Media
. Development and leadership of projects to reduce costs and to optimize cash flow
. Solid background in managing a publicly traded company and coordinating functions in the Investor Relations Area 
. Leadership, training, and management of large multi-functional teams
