He dissolves personal blockades and gets the best out of the employees in order to create a successful cooperation. A team consists of different personalities and abilities. Roles, responsibilities and tasks are often not clearly defined or positions are often not filled. Marc supports the building of a stable team. Together with managers and employees, Marc accompanies the development of efficient methods and structured processes. Marc integrates his knowledge of project, time and quality management into the team's work processes. He is an expert in resolving conflicts and crises and his clients benefit from his solution-oriented approach and intercultural perspectives. He creates a working atmosphere in which everyone feels seen and valued and everyone is motivated to work together. For more than 30 years, Marc has led numerous teams and their digital projects to success, including as a senior interim project manager at Adobe, Mercedes-Benz, Dixons South-East Europe and other international corporations. Marc is Dutch, has lived in Germany for more than 30 years and is an ambassador for volunteering and social responsibility. Among other things, he is co-founder of the aid organisation Volunteers' Help in Switzerland and has experience in volunteering himself, including working with refugees in Greece in 2016 and with people with disabilities in 2022. On a voluntary basis, he coaches social start-ups and selected individuals. Marc is a passionate cyclist. For his own good and for the environment's,
