•	Developed a uniquely successful nomination and submission process for award programs, including Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, SuperLawyers, etc., resulting in one of the highest local percentages of acknowledged attorneys via award programs (40%)
•	Partnered in creation of a Hospitality practice, resulting in a $5M annual revenue stream within 10 years
•	Created one-of-a-kind, custom branded signage for rooftop display at a cost of $200, resulting in broadcast during opening of 2001 MLB All-Star Game in Seattle, aired on FOX, and seen by 16M people in 11.1M households.
