💥 Returns made me do it… 💥

The returns situation in AUS? Worse than two years ago. (The UK is light years ahead). 

To be clear, it’s a pain in the 🍑.

A complicated returns process is still the #1 reason shoppers don’t come back. 

1️⃣ No returns portal - you are falling behind
2️⃣ Not responding to return requests - unacceptable.
3️⃣ Asking for photos before you even accept a return (unless faulty)? - Absolutely not.
4️⃣ Currently more than 50 retailers taking 30+ days to refund? Game over.

I can’t stress this enough: go through your own returns process!

The best retailers aren’t just setting the benchmark - they’re setting the expectation for customers.

Ever asked a live chat when Black Friday is launching?

Well… we did. 😃 

Over the last few weeks, we put 100 live chats to the test, and the responses did not disappoint.

Some told us straight up, some refused to spill the beans, and others… let’s just say, had no clue what month it was.

🎖️ The awards go to:
 🏆 Most honest: GS Diamonds Australia, gave us the exact launch date last week (we appreciate the transparency).
 🤯 Most confused: Showpo & THE ICONIC, countdowns and live sales everywhere, but the bot’s still blissfully unaware.
 😶 Best at keeping secrets: LSKD, suspense level: expert.
 🍷 Most eager to help (even if off-topic): Dan Murphy's, definitely keen to check stock levels for us. 

The list goes on… and yes, it’s all over the place.

So tell me… which award goes to your bot?

Behind every metric is a human.
