Passionate about glass and especially glass fiber optics for many years, I love to transmit this passion, understand the customer needs and find together solutions. Transmit light or images with glass fiber optics is amazing and the results are always exciting. In my activities as Area Sales Manager, I am in charge of developing sales with existing B2B clients but also finding new clients, markets and applications in the strategic business field Industrial. The areas of application can range from a lighting system for stereomicroscopy or machine vision up to the transmission of light in sensors or spectroscopy. In my activities as Market Development Support, I seek and develop new market opportunities with existing and new customers in existing or new markets. I support the head of Global Sales and Market Development EMEA in his tasks and work closely together with all sales offices I have also created a quarterly Newsletter to share our success stories and best practices with all sales offices in EMEA.
