- Enable two-way communication. They replace command-and-control with “healthy organizational conversation” that builds engagement and strategic alignment (intimacy, interactivity, inclusion, intentionality). They make it safe to speak up, challenge ideas, and learn from mistakes, thus, driving innovation and performance.
