• Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Execute and manages full-lifecycle recruitment for exempt positions with locations across the U.S.
o Hold intake sessions with hiring managers.
o Develop and conducts creative sourcing strategies to attract top tier talent.
o Provides viable candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
o Advise hiring managers during the interviewing and selection process.
o Manage the offer extension portion of the process.
• Implement talent acquisition strategies to achieve quality of hire, cost per hire, time to fill, diversity, customer satisfaction, and other metrics.
• Manage all candidate tracking and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).
• Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and global labor market conditions.
• Develop effective working relationships with the HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Global Compensation to ensure a success talent acquisition process.
• Manage relationships with career centers and student and diversity organizations at assigned colleges and universities.
• Develop expertise on recruiting at assigned colleges including knowledge of various university programs, activities, important dates, conferences, college procedures, etc.
• Plan, organize and execute all major recruiting events including career fair, information session and presentations, receptions, club events and interviews at assigned college and universities.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of B/E Aerospace's recruitment processes.
• Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines.
