I am a Transition Job Coach at The Rugby School at Woodfield, where I manage and coach differently-abled students on a live job site, preparing them for leaving the school environment and entering the workforce. I have over 10 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and usability testing, working with various Microsoft technologies, SAP security, and data-driven decision making. My mission is to provide comprehensive and customized solutions and support for the students, the school, and the employers, using my skills in requirements gathering, process improvement, training, and quality assurance. I recently obtained a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, which enhances my ability to create an inclusive and respectful learning and working environment for the students and myself. I am also passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I have completed two online courses on data analysis and visualization from Coursera.
