Responsibilities in this role include implementing strategic initiatives and increasing revenue goals by generating new business and prospecting strategies to target clients looking to improve their janitorial services. This is includes identifying pain points and tailoring solutions to meet the client needs. 
Additionally, developing and executing marketing and communications strategies for MahlerClean including brand positioning, creative, and digital marketing on social media platforms.

Developed ongoing creative recruitment sourcing strategies for open positions with our major clients in the Greater Milwaukee area. Placed both Junior and Senior professionals in facilities and maintenance focused positions.
