In 2023, Miro won the AWS Partner of the Year award in CEE. In 2024, Miro won the Google Cloud Technology Partner of the Year award.

- I worked on internal enablement of integrations, sourcing internal distribution through our customer marketing channels.

Senior Manager, Platform Partner Marketing

- I led the Go To Market Strategic Partnerships team, growing our strategic relationships with some of HubSpot's most exciting partners. Our team focused on bringing net new acquisition and MRR through external strategic partners like Google, AMEX, G2, AWS, VISA and others. 
- My team launched new and impactful integrations with strategic partners like ClickUp, Dropbox, and others, growing product engagement and retention. I launched and grew this program by 20% month over month.

- I led marketing relationships with HubSpot's strategic external partners, working with companies like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, QuickBooks, and others. 
- I focused on creating joint marketing strategies and distribution & revenue opportunities with our strategic partners.

If you're a marketer, you need to be speaking with your sales teams every single day. Your relationship with your salespeople has to be rock solid. You can create all of the messaging and positioning, run fantastic lead generating campaigns, but if you're not in sync on what your sales team needs to work and close those deals, you're missing half of your job. Being goaled on MQLs/Scored Leads and bringing in MQLs is only half of the picture. The other half is making sure you're supporting your sales team for those leads to turn into open pipeline.

How can you do this successfully? Watch Gong recordings, understand where there are gaps in how positioning is being actioned, find out the questions and objections prospects/customers are having. Create demo videos sales can easily play on calls to help them explain what's happening in the product. Open channels on Slack where sales can quickly hop in and ask questions as they're on with a customer or following up. Support with outreach sequence creation, help SDRs get that message across from the start.

At the end of the day, there's no substitute for simply building those relationships with the humans on your sales team. Get to know them, what they struggle with, what they feel confident speaking to and not speaking to, what assets they personally use to demo or when on calls. Help them with their existing workflow and be an asset to them. You'll see more of your MQLs turn into open pipe, and more of that pipeline close into real ARR, that you'll have sourced. It's a win/win when we play as a team!
