I delight deeply in helping to create stronger community partnerships across sectors to generate resources that multiply the good. My vocational sweet spot is at the intersection of education and advocacy where, now more than ever, building equity and cultural competency matters. I help build high performing relationships across sectors that match values with resources to create meaningful impact and innovative transformation. Raising awareness of the value and efficacy of culturally competent service, I work as an anti-racist consultant focused on addressing root causes and working with BIPOC led/serving nonprofits to create more hospitable, productive, and socially-just working relationships in community spaces. I excel in helping to evolve equity by aligning values with practices. In my work diversity, equity, and inclusion are core practices of justice needed to cultivate an "ethic of hospitality" critical to countering the damage wreaked by structural and systemic disadvantages of discrimination. In work and play, I seek to support the thriving of human and natural communities alike. I bring to my work the conviction that we each have the capacity and calling to make a significant and meaningful difference in the communities of which we are a part, and in fact the fulfillment of that vocations mediates the fullest joy for each and all.
