Responsible for implementing web analytics as a decision support tool for H&M. Defining KPI:s, designing dashboards and performing adhoc analyses conducted in Omniture, Google analytics and CoreMetrics.
Usability/UX responsibility in development of hm.com. Work included planning and performing usability activities such as creating Personas, design guidelines, creating wire frames and conducting user testing on several markets. 
 Managed a successful SEM pilot project resulting in a new marketing area at H&M Online.
