Thrive Childcare and Education

Trained and mentored a team of 25 Early Years Practitioners leading to a 4-hour daily increase on outdoor play time and overall team performance.
Enhanced nature connection and play provision by 60% by auditing and overhauling the ongoing programmes. 
Created and organised monthly events for learning about the natural world involving the learning community, staff, and support workers. 
Created experiences for practitioners and learners to engage with place increasing daily outings by scouting the affordances of place and designing lessons and resources.  
Overhauled indoor and outdoor settings to align with the new Nature Kindergarten Ethos.

Co-facilitated outdoor programs with a focus on conservation tasks for underserved young people (ages 13 to 18) on weekly programmes.
Planned and delivered residential programmes for Young Carers with a focus on nature connection and play.
