Initiated an RFP process to evaluate current company benefit offerings that resulted in a decrease in company costs and more robust and cost-effective options for employees

Launched an effective ongoing performance review process that allowed for what transparency looked like for both work performance and ideal competencies.

Led all aspects of People & Culture throughout the organization, focusing on leadership coaching/development, talent acquisition and overall employee engagement. 

Reimagined the People & Culture department’s vision, KPI’s and org design, resulting in a leaner and more effective team

Drove several company initiatives, ranging from leadership development training to recreating the order management process, which resulted in a 20 point increase in employee engagement scores within 12 months

Created and implemented Individual Success Plans across the organization, ensuring all employees had role clarity, along with the understanding of how to perform against our core values

Authored the Managed by Q Culture Playbook, which detailed the ways we work and how to be an effective contributor to the organization.

Led the process of transitioning our 600+ employee first party services department to third party partners, resulting in 95% job retention

Served as the lead for the people function during due diligence for the company’s acquisition by WeWork and also adopting several of their processes and policies (ie new 401k plan, salary and equity evaluation of current employees) post acquisition

In partnership with finance, built new incentive plans for our sales teams once the company moved to SaaS only

Attended and participated in investor meetings during the divestiture process leading up to the eventual sale of the company
