Treasury Operating Model Design and Implementation - Listed multinational telecom company (NL)

Core team member on a project to review global treasury organization, processes and technology of our client.  Review and Assessment phase was performed in close interaction with client’s business units to understand and document current Treasury Organisation and Structure, also by leveraging my local language knowledge. Based on results of Review and Assessment a strategic solution design and roadmap was created, an implementation program was initiated including a TMS selection, bank rationalization initiative and the Rollout of the new treasury operating model to all operating companies. In the Rollout phase, my focus was on the Treasury Process Flow design, writing Treasury Standard Operating Procedures and Treasury Policies.

Treasury Transformation project - Listed multinational (UK) 

Implementation of a fully integrated treasury management system and corresponding treasury processes. This included Cash Management, Bank Connectivity, In-House Banking, Risk Management.  I was involved in the business design blueprint stage as well as the implementation phase, followed by supporting users during the user-acceptance testing.

SWIFT Service Bureau Selection – Listed multinational (UK)
Supported client SWIFT SSB selection, that included clients requirements, preparing long-list and managing the full selection process, vendor communication.  

Strategic pricing benchmark - Large US cash management bank 

Performed a benchmark study and analysis on the pricing of various payment types, which involved more than 20,000 data points processed to improve the bank’s understanding of the pricing applied by different competitors and ensure a more competitive pricing strategy in negotiations with prospective clients.
