Are you looking for an HR partner that can drive your team and company performance to the next level? I have more than 20 years of experience in HR & 10 years’ experience as a Business Controller. With a background in among others Life Sciences, Med Tech, IT, FMCG, a proven ability to handle complex HR challenges, I am ready to step into an interim role where I can contribute from day one. The achievement I am most proud of in my career is earning the Great Place to Work award and certification being recognized as one of the best workplaces at Stryker in the Nordics. Results: • Stryker Sweden ranked number 16 in the top 25 of the best workplaces in Sweden in 2021. • Stryker Finland ranked number 6 among the best workplaces in Finland in 2021. • Stryker was certified as a Great Place to Work in all four Nordic countries in 2021 and 2022. My contribution: • My ability to identify what was business critical, communicate this effectively to the Nordic leadership team, drive & lead the project. Success factors: • Collaboration between leaders and employees. • Focus on engagement, workplace culture, and Employer Brand. This ensured that we retained and attracted the best talent on the market to deliver our results. It was crucial for Stryker. In my current role at Galderma Sweden, I've focused on enhancing leadership and helping deliver one of the company’s most critical projects. 1. Change Management & Leadership development. Results: • Delivery of a “just in time” leadership nugget program. • A leadership workshop about accountability & responsibility, with the aim of helping leaders with work-life balance and leading in change. • Developed & facilitated 2 customized workshops on Leading through Change within Operations and R&D at Galderma. Developed and led two 2-day workshops for the management team, focused on high-performing teams, based on an assessment of their needs. 2. Recruitment: Results: • Together with local and global HR teams, reduced time to fill KPI, from 60 to 35 days. • Hired 54 business critical roles in 2.5 months. • More efficient onboarding process for the newly hired roles. Leading the HR team: • Built trust & engagement within the HR team. I'm passionate about driving results through employee engagement, built on trust and strong leadership. I believe in collaboration, where leaders and employees together create a great company culture and high engagement.
