For over 17 years, Maria has been at the forefront of service innovation, notably founding Remotify, a female-founded, woman-led employer of record company that enables freedom and simplifies outsourcing to the Philippines for small to medium businesses, globally. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with a major in Operations Management and pursued some course work for Executive MBA. Maria serves as CEO of Remotify and as a senior consultant to Insphero, a socially-driven enterprise that specializes in Life Design education and supports the undergraduate workforce in the Philippines to earn their university degrees while working. She occasionally guest lectures at City University of Seattle in Canada on organizational culture. A passionate first-principles thinker with a knack for entrepreneurship, Maria works hard to create systems and experiences that make Remotify's brand come to life - both internally and externally. Her dedication to service excellence led her previous organization to win two World's Best Service Awards as well as a 2018 UK Best Business Award for Best Customer Focus. Maria also successfully held Remotify' s Certified Great Place to Work® status before it reached its second year anniversary.
