Designing a company wide training program for Innovation (including skills such as human-centricity, storytelling, prototyping and agile mindset). Promoting collaboration, co-creation and multidisciplinary within KPMG Belgium and with other member firms.

- creating a team from scratch (up to 5 people at the end)

- understanding people affected by the transformation, listening to them and facilitating co-creating sessions to get their input and buy-in (more than 50% of my time).

As part of the transformation I was also leading the information and communication stream of the New Ways of Working. I had the role of Product Owner and we worked Agile for more than a year to implement several measurements that have shaped the company for better (adaptability to working remotely, keeping human connection across team members, bringing interactivity and energy in meetings, etc)

In charge of modelling the risk arising from the banking operations (PD, LGD,EAD) Providing a risk monthly report to top management with an analysis on the credit risk requirements. Calculation and report of the economic capital for the bank to protect it against credit risk. Assessing banking on current and future credit risks.

Working in the Management Reporting team providing monthly reports after closing exercise. Forecast and Budget exercise in TM1. Experience on developing reports in BI tools (Oracle and Cognos). Experience with Lean methodology and Continuous Improvement
