Among lots of other stuff, I - Led the heuristics and operations of our core algorithm that compares candidates to jobs and led to an increase in platform clients. - Was Product Manager of Reverse Apply. Defined marketing strategy, statistics, and feedback from users to iterate. - Led the Women in Tech Drop efforts to foster gender parity in the tech industry, interviewing 170 women from FAANG.
