Reporting to the Chief Capacity Officer, the Talent Intelligence Consultant provides administrative support and analysis to the talent acquisition team, interacting with the interviewers, hiring managers, candidates, and the wider P&C team.

Responsibilities:
• Design recruitment strategies and identify, map, and analyze the spectrum of candidates that meet the various role requirements.
• Identify target populations of candidates via the recruitment system database, online databases (such as LinkedIn), conference websites, Google searches, other search engines, and information gleaned from different market research.
• Request referrals from current employees and external networks.
• Maintain an Up-to-date candidate database and CRM.
• Conduct benchmark research to generate talent insights for decision-making.
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
• Manage recruitment surveys and analytics.
• Develop and provide reporting and analytics for Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain the recruitment forecast report.
• Management of Talent Acquisition team KPIs
• Provide support to the CCO in building and launching key processes.
• Contribute to discussions on trends and identify gaps / high-risk areas of concern following data analysis to allow the business to develop a risk mitigation strategy for recruitment.
• Review and suggest system improvements or new systems.

Talent Intelligence Consultant

• Managing a team of recruiters and sourcers.

Recruitment Team Leader

As a Team Lead in Nearsure I'm in charge of:

- Manage a team of Sourcing Specialist and ensure proper lead generation for the positions covered
- Measure and improve team member’s performance on their short, medium and long term goals
- Work cross-functionally with other teams inside the company as needed
- Research position and client’s requirements in order to ensure that our team delivers the candidate that best fit each job search
- Advise and coach team members on developing skills and best practices to achieve their goals
- Source potential IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter for international clients.
- Schedule interviews and document management.
- Follow up on the candidate's process

- Perform various ad-hoc high level projects for internal use and/or clients to improve performance
- Manage a team of Specialists and ensure proper lead generation for the positions covered
- Measure and improve team member’s performance on their short, medium and long term goals
- Work cross-functionally with other teams inside the company as needed

Team Lead Sourcing

As a Specialist II in Fetcher, my tasks and responsibilities are:

- Advise and coach team members on developing skills and best practices to achieve their goals
- Perform in-depth analysis and complementary research around the requirements of all assigned positions, based on brainstorming with Team Lead and Researcher, Job Post and proprietary/internal information
- Analyze, review and ensure that the candidate profiles suggested by the algorithm are the most consistent with the requirements of the position. Upload them to the platform for approval and subsequent sending to the client by the Team Lead
- Follow up on customer feedback and update the search algorithm on a need to basis, with support from Team Lead, Quality & Support and/or Account Management as needed
