The advisory mentorship programme is a four-month structured professional mentorship program that pairs students one-to-one with industry mentors of their choice. With over 1,500 mentors working across 48 industries and the involvement of 27 mentorship partners in 2022, it is Singapore's largest nationwide mentorship programme - and amongst the most competitive and selective.

1. Closely worked with key account managers (KAMs) from nine countries - Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Mexico, and Brazil to ensure a smooth onboarding process for Facebook Collaborative Ads. Successfully onboarded 1200 brand managed accounts and 300 Shopee managed and combined seller accounts in a short span of four months by leveraging automated python scripts. 
2. Created a daily spend check notification bot to ensure that brands would not exceed their marketing budgets. The process was automated by the use of Google App Script. SeaTalk notification bots were created to alert regional PIC's (person in charge) of pending trouble shooting tasks.  This precise scheduling was achieved through java script and python libraries.
3. Liaised between Shopee and Meta stakeholders on troubleshooting requests to provide an optimum seller experience for 4 regional markets and ensured that ads being run by the sellers did not violate the Facebook advertising policies (such as the use of gimmick key words in campaigns). Executed other tasks such as audience sharing to ad accounts and update requests for existing accounts (Business Manager, Agency and Account ID updates)

Regional Ad Operations - Product Solution

1. Led the design and development of the Emerging Markets Consumer Activation University (CAU) with the partner institution (Vlerick Business School in Belgium). The program was successfully launched in 3 markets - LATAM, APAC, EMEA(Europe, Middle East & Africa) 
2. Lead the execution of the Consumer Activation University (CAU) from driving excitement to the actual learning brick and live sessions. Engaged a total of 75 participants for 4 successive modules spanning one year.
3. Accelerated the adoption of best practices across emerging market regions by aligning the Consumer Activation University (CAU) with DigitalU initiatives such as the Consumer Activation Checklist. 
4. Supported the digital and data analytics team by crafting engaging communications for cascades. The result was the execution of a change management project that positively impacted the progress of digital initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
