Provides support to the buyers, on their daily tasks of confirming orders through negotiating and closing beneficial deals, maintaining master data ready to order confirmation and generating new vendors. Supports as well Internal stakeholders in procurement project e.g. price improvement, inventory reduction, purchase optimization, and ERP training for procurement functions.

Purchasing Support Responsible

Management and administration of procurement contracts and NDA’s across NKTP including taking a leading role in defining and developing the organizational systems and control for reporting.
Identifying risks, preventing, and mitigating liabilities related to contractual arrangements keeping close cooperation with the relevant contract stakeholders internally and externally.

Pre-approved price arrangements, allowing for timely order processing and acquisition for the rest of the year. Furnished the timely reports and purchase trends for to the US Headquarters.
