- Implement Demantra without major setbacks and within the established Schedule. This allowed Grupo Bimbo to streamline its distribution process by eliminating product loss and improving inventory management. (by: Oracle NYCU)
- INE launched a Public Contest for women at the national level to apply for 99 Management Positions, of which 5,000 women went on to the second stage of recruitment. Oracle platform received more than 10,000 requests with an average of 800 users at peak times and handled the requests
successfully.
- For Aeroméxico, this was an ambitious project due to the complexity of the different companies that make up the Payroll Groups (5,700 employees distributed in 12 pay groups and 5 companies). High volume of information and transactionality. I successfully implemented the Tech Stack and Middleware for HR, Payroll, Finance and SCM.
