Vialto Partners is now an independent company, where I continue to perform the same role and responsibilities I had at PwC since November 2021. An important aspect of the activities relates to time management, detail oriented, ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and reviewing the team members accuracy. In addition, helped to train new team members.  Achievements: Tier 4 within the first six months of PwC.

Responsible for assisting client’s inquiries about Canadian Immigration processes, update of sheets using Excel and Google Spreadsheets, communicate with clients providing updates and useful information, provide billing and receipts to clients, current updates of technical and marketing knowledge. Contacted various households within Canada to conduct Radio and Television enumeration surveys to attain an understanding of respondent television watching and radio listening habits.
Attained a Tier 1 productivity status and have learned to use Quancept, Voxco and DASH systems within Numeris. Ensured respondents were given thorough overview of studies conducted and the purposes by clarifying its importance attached to them.
