•	Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company.
•	Developing and monitoring the effectiveness of the staff training matrix and helping define individual training requirements.
•	Raising and resolving CAPAs to identify non-compliances and potential non-compliance. Reporting and communicating these and advising on the most effective way of addressing them.
•	Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with the QMS and all applicable standards.

•	Having significant experience working in a wide variety of roles involved in the detection of SARS-COV-2 in human samples using the automated ePCR technique.
•	Performing validations of reagents and creating and troubleshooting different protocols. 
•	Following GDocP and GLP guidelines.
•	Assisting the Section Manager to review and create SOPs and recording data on LIMS.
•	Operating Nexar, Hydrocycle and Araya equipment.
•	Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are followed correctly as a Fire Marshall.
